Jana provides comprehensive legal services in the entire spectrum of intellectual property protection, including enforcement and protection of rights and related matters, both in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad. She specializes closely in the areas of trademark strategy, brand building and protection. He also applies his skills in anti-counterfeiting, internet domain management and licensing agreements.
Jana represents clients before national and international authorities, cooperates with a global network of attorneys and patent attorneys, and is actively involved in international IP law organizations. Jana is a member and secretary of the Czech group of the International League for Competition Law - LIDC, member of MARQUES, AIPPI, ECTA, INTA and other organizations. Education and language skills
Jana is a graduate of the Faculty of Law in Pilsen, where she defended her thesis on the European Community Trademark.
