Zuzana is the kind of cheerful colleague you always want by your side – calm, approachable, and always willing to help. She joined the THK Legal team in 2025 and has become an indispensable part of our practice focused on trademarks, IP disputes, and combating counterfeits. She brought with her a wealth of experience from renowned international law firms Linklaters/Kinstellar and Taylor Wessing, where she worked for many years as expert support to legal teams and as a paralegal.
Professional focus
Zuzana specialises in trademarks, intellectual property infringement disputes, and unfair competition. She has an in-depth understanding of counterfeit-related matters and independently manages complex tasks in close collaboration with attorneys and clients. She oversees national, EU, and international trademark portfolios as well as counterfeit enforcement matters, including all associated communication with authorities and institutions.
Education and language skills
Zuzana graduated from a Pedagogical School in Prague and completed additional studies in social and legal affairs.
She uses her excellent Czech and English language skills daily, enabling effective communication with clients and partners both domestically and internationally.
Zuzana’s sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and diligence make her a natural pillar of the team and a dependable colleague you can always count on.
In her free time, she enjoys running, singing in a choir, reading, and devotes her heart and energy to helping others – providing personal assistance to people with disabilities.
