1982	admitted as an Attorney-at-Law
1982 - 1990	member of the Law Office No. 10 specialized in intellectual property rights
since 1990	founding partner of the Law and Patent Offices THK
Specialisation:	trademark, proceedings before the Industrial Property Office (IPO), OHIM, WIPO, litigation proceeding before these authorities and courts in the Czech Republic, unfair competition, preparation of technology transfer contracts, mainly, licence agreements and franchising contracts, protection of brand rights, copyright issues related to trademark and utility designs
